Because of previous gun charges, Durk will remain incarcerated.
Today the rapper appeared in court and seemed optimistic . He waved to his wife and kids who appeared to support him.

Police charge that Durk had a Glock .45 caliber handgun and a Springfield .45-caliber handgun, both of which were loaded with 10 rounds. His lawyer sprung to his defense in court stating, “In three weeks, he was going on a world tour. Nine people were present these guns could have been theirs.”
The rapper was reportedly planning for the release of his first album, Remember My Name.
